They say to do the thing on New Years that you want to do for the rest of the year. I refuse to regret this.
We can do no great things; only small things with great love... Let's make this year one worth living, and hold onto the kind of courage that is not all-encompassing, but which gets you along from minute to minute.

ReplyDeleteI spent New Year's Eve blowing shit up, setting things on fire, and getting drunk with people that knew nothing about the Slenderman, or any of the other Fears. I wish.. oh god, I wish that would be the rest of my year. I was, thankfully, not alone. I even gave/received a few kisses on the cheek from a delightfully innocent young DJ.
Though, in contrast, I had to insist I was a lesbian for the better part of the festivities. There were a few overly zealous boys, you understand. I also drew the Operator symbol everywhere, just to fuck with people. Some tongue in cheek humor, hopefully it doesn't actually attract him to anyone.
